Mixed Movement Limerick is a group of movement enthusiasts from various backgrounds, excited about skill-sharing, jamming, and socialising across multiple movement disciplines.
You can find us every Saturday 11:30am at the Loft of Wickham Way, Limerick city.
We also train most Tuesdays 19:30 at the Irish Aerial Creation Center's Open Training slot.
