Learn - Share - Play - Socialise

Mixed Movement Limerick is a group of movement enthusiasts from various backgrounds, excited about skill-sharing, jamming, and socialising across multiple movement disciplines.

We currently train Mondays 20:00 (class) and Tuesdays 19:30 (open training) at the Irish Aerial Creation Center.
